CASPER, Wyo. – Interstate 80 between Rawlins and Laramie has been closed as of 8:25 a.m., according to WYDOT. The reason is winter conditions, and opening time is unknown.
A black ice warning is in effect in Cheyenne.
In addition to I-80, US 30 between Rawlins and Laramie has closed, as has US 287 between Laramie and Muddy Gap, and WY 789 between Baggs and Muddy Gap.
A winter storm is moving through central and southern Wyoming this morning.
