Cheyenne Downtown Development Authority seeks judges, alternates for special mill levy election

The election is set for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18.

CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The Downtown Development Authority is seeking three district property owners, business owners or district business employees, along with two alternates, to serve as election judges for the DDA’s special mill levy election.

The election is set for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18 in the Historic Cheyenne Depot lobby, 121 W. 15th St. in Cheyenne. Judges will need to be available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. as the results of the election will be tabulated immediately after it closes. Breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages will be provided.

Boundaries of the 78-block DDA district are 15th to 22nd Street and House to Snyder Avenue. The district also includes property south of the viaduct, bound by Capitol and Central Avenue and Deming Drive.
