CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Street vendors took to the Cheyenne Depot Plaza and 15th Street on Wednesday for the city’s annual block party.
Games and attractions proliferated the street through much of the day. The Wyoming Dairy Goat Association held a makeshift petting zoo consisting of dairy goats, Colorado mountain dogs and chickens. In addition, kids lined up to climb a rock climbing wall, ride a mechanical bull or dunk one another at a water tank game.
