Cheyenne PD: Shooting suspects arrested

The Cheyenne Police Department has announced the arrest of two individuals in a shooting incident that occurred on December 11, 2019.

Terrance James, age 27, and Isaac James, age 26, were reportedly arrested in the incident. The two men are identified as brothers, and are said to reside between Cheyenne and Scottsbluff, Nebraska.

The men were arrested on December 16, 2019 when Cheyenne PD officers and detectives stopped their vehicle at 3:45 p.m. in the area of W. 7th St. and Thomes. Both men were reportedly safely apprehended and arrested on suspicion of shooting Genaro Bojorquez, age 35, after a dispute over a drug deal.

Bojorquez sustained life-threatening injuries in the assault.

The case remains under investigation by the Cheyenne Police Department.
