- NEW YEARS EVE PARTY WITH THIRD RAIL at The Historic Plains Hotel, located at 1601 Central Ave from 9 p.m – 1 a.m.
- CFD OLD WEST MUSEUM NEW YEAR’S EVE PARTY, located at 4610 Carey Ave, at The Cheyenne Frontier Days Old West Museum from 8 p.m. until 1 a.m. You can grab your tickets today at the CFD Ticket Office by stopping by or phoning 307-778-7222
- NEWS YEARS EVE DRAG SHOWCASE at The Historic Atlas Theatre, located at 211 W Lincolnway. Tickets are $15 and more information on the event can be found at http://www.cheyennelittletheatre.org/special-events
- NEW YEAR’S AT NOON – at The Laramie County Library, located at 2200 Pioneer Ave, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. This is an event for those who can be overwhelmed by loud sounds and popping balloons. They’ll provide a safe sound environment for children who want to participate in a fun “drop” without the overload it can create for those with sensory sensitivities! Instead of balloons, we will be dropping shiny crepe paper pieces and bubbles. (Willow Room). *RSVP Required.
- SAFE AND SOBER NEW YEARS EVE PARTY at Recover Wyoming, located at 122 West Lincolnway from 8 p.m. to midnight. Stay warm and watch the Depot Ball Drop from our front window! Join us for some safe, sober and amazing fun for the entire family. Food and games provided, all are welcome.
- CLOCKTOWER COSPLAYERS at CHILDREN NEWS YEARS EVE BALL DROP at The Cheyenne Depot from 3 – 6 p.m. From 3:00 pm to 5:45 pm inside the warm Depot, activities, games and more will entertain kids! At 6:00 pm, there is a special ball drop for kids and families! Finish your evening at a downtown restaurant and your New Year is complete! Children MUST be accompanied by an adult. This event is free!
- TRADITIONAL BALL DROP at The Cheyenne Depot Plaza at 11:30 p.m. Party-goers will appreciate the traditional ball drop slated to start the new year at midnight! Gather in the Depot Plaza with friends and family to count down and sing Auld Lang Syne, then say goodbye 2019 and hello 2020!
