CHEYENNE, Wyo. – The City of Cheyenne has announced that they are looking for feedback in regards to the City’s Unified Developmental Code (UDC).

Each year the Planning and Development Department solicits the public for feedback and suggestions from the public related to the UDC, which is used to govern land development processes for the City of Cheyenne.

The announcement says that this yearly review of the code is to ensure that “the UDC remains grounded in and relevant to the community needs and vision.”

A summary report of formal concerns and issues that deals with the code will then brought before the Planning Commission Board during their meeting on February 18th, 2020.

The City says “The Planning Commision may direct action, additional research or an investigation into the elements of this code that may need modification.”

Comment forms are available for pickup at the Planning and Development Department in room 202 of the Municipal Building, located at 2101 O’Neil Avenue.

Comments may also be submitted online here.

The City says that they are accepting feedback through January 31st.
