CHEYENNE, Wyo. – The Wyoming Arts Council says that there is still funding available for two of their grant programs for activities that will take place by June 30th, 2020.
In their announcement the Council says that each grant is for $750 and that 501c3 non profit organizations, government agencies and individual artists are encouraged to apply at least six weeks prior to their project start date.
The two grants with available funding are:
- Professional Development/Career Advancement This grant is specifically designed to help grow the capacity of organizations and individuals that work in, and support the arts. Projects can include but are not limited to: board development, leadership development, conference attendance, professional development training, fundraising development, strategic planning, creation of marketing plans, equipment purchases, etc.
- Rural Arts Access Grants This grant is specifically designed to provide art project funding to organizations that are in geographically isolated and rural areas with a population of less than 3,000.
