During the early morning hours, Sunday January 12, officers were dispatched to an accident near US 30 and Hayes, in the Capital City.
According to initial police reports on scene, the subject vehicle left the roadway, went through a fence, up a hill, destroyed a baby tree and crashed into two separate apartment buildings before coming to a stop.
The driver sustained minor injuries. None of the residents inside of the apartments were hurt.
Alcohol impairment is a suspected factor in the crash.
Cheyenne Police say this case remains under investigation.
