CASPER, Wyo — Sunny clear skies, seasonably cool temperatures, and light winds are expected in the southeastern and central regions of Wyoming, with little impactful weather expected clear through Thanksgiving, NWS Cheyenne said.
High temperatures Saturday range from the lower 40s west to lower 50s. Overnight lows in the teens. Sunday will be mild as well and slightly warmer, with highs edging into the 50s in the eastern forecast zones.
Light winds 8-10 mph with 25 mph gusts generally are forecast until late Monday, as winds are expected to ramp up through Thursday.

A small chance for snow exists for Monday night into Tuesday, mostly for the I-80 corridor from Sidney to Laramie. A slight chance for snow also exists for Thursday, the day of Thanksgiving.
“The threat of impactful Thanksgiving weather is low,” NWS said. “The main concern for the long term will be strong winds Tuesday and Wednesday for the wind-prone areas of southeast WY.”
