CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Gov. Mark Gordon put out an order on June 10 stating that both the U.S. and the State of Wyoming flags will be flown at half-staff beginning immediately until sunset on June 13.
This is to be done in honor and memory of U.S. Marine Seth Rasmuson of Buffalo. Rasmuson was one of five Marines from Marine Aircraft Group 39, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing who were killed in an Osprey aircraft crash during a training exercise in southern California on Wednesday.
