CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Tres Amigos’s request for a liquor license was approved Monday by the City Council, which also forwarded a request from Paris West Restaurant & Bar to expand seating to the Finance Committee.

The application submitted by Los Aquacates Inc., doing business as Tres Amigos Family Mexican Restaurant, 1802 Dell Range Blvd., Suite 2, sought the city’s 26th restaurant liquor license.

Per state law, alcohol sales cannot exceed 40% of gross sales with a restaurant liquor license. The cost of the permit with the City of Cheyenne is $1,050 per year.

Also on Monday, a request to expand seating at Paris West Restaurant & Bar was sent to the Finance Committee.

Owner Corey Loghry asked the council to allow the restaurant and bar to expand the serving area and add outdoor seating at 1719 Central. The request must come before the City Council because of the restaurant’s liquor license.
