CHEYENNE, Wyo. — While today’s forecast predicts temperatures to max out in the mid-30s with a low below 20 degrees, the coming days will see warmer weather, the National Weather Service reports.

On Sunday, Cheyenne residents can expect a high of nearly 50 degrees, and temperatures in the high 40s will continue for much of the coming week, with sunny weather also on the horizon.

Today, a high of 36 and low of 19 will feel a bit chillier due to moderate winds of 15–20 mph during the day. Those winds have the potential to become far more drastic at night, however: In the late Saturday hours into early Sunday morning, gusts may reach up to 60 mph.
