CHEYENNE, Wyo. — A stalled vehicle has blocked the travel lane between Cheyenne and Torrington at milepost 4 on WY216, the Wyoming Department of Transportation reported this afternoon.
WYDOT warns drivers to be prepared to stop and to expect delays.
