CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The Cheyenne Police Department teamed up with law enforcement partners and community members today in carrying the Special Olympics Wyoming “Flame of Hope” through the city.
Law enforcement personnel from local, county, state and federal agencies carry the “Flame of Hope” in “legs” of the Wyoming Law Enforcement Torch Run annually to raise awareness and funds for Special Olympics Wyoming athletes.
