CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The Laramie County commissioners approved several items on their consent agenda during their regular Tuesday meeting.
Among the items are an agreement between the county and Visit Cheyenne and an addendum between the county and Little America to provide transportation and housing for a 2023 congressional staffers tour.
Actions undertaken by the commissioners included:
- Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County and Visit Cheyenne in an amount not to exceed $1,650 to provide transportation across southeast Wyoming for a 2023 congressional staffers tour.
- Consideration of the ratification of an addendum between Laramie County and Little America Hotels & Resorts Inc. in an amount not to exceed $6,225 to provide hotel rooms for a 2023 congressional staffers tour.
- Consideration of the ratification of an agreement between Laramie County and OpenGov to provide software services for Public Works.
- Consideration of a legal services agreement between Laramie County and Ruth Ogden to provide legal services for indigent parents in accordance with WS 14-3-422(b) and to comply with the county’s obligation pursuant to WS 14-3-434(b) at a rate of $100 per hour.
- Consideration of the third amendment to the e-commerce agreement (200901-39) between Laramie County and ASC Acquisition LLC, dba ArcaSearch LLC, in an amount not to exceed $1,799 to renew access to indexes and records for e-commerce solution for a period of one year.
- Consideration of a catering permit submitted by DeLancey Enterprises LLC, dba Hell on Wheels Package Liquors, for an event on Aug. 6 at the Archer Complex.
- Consideration of a catering permit submitted by DeLancey Enterprises LLC, dba Hell on Wheels Package Liquors, for an event on Aug. 9 at King Ranch, located at 10333 Happy Jack Road.
- Consideration of a catering permit submitted by S&W Properties LLC, dba Vinos Wine and Spirits, for an event on Aug. 12 at 2886 Horse Creek Road.
- Consideration of the following fees collected by various county entities for June 2023: County Clerk, $121,426.39; Sheriff, $244,720.08; Clerk of District Court, $19,136.50; Shooting Sports, $11,787.54; Planning & Development, $108,354.59; Circuit Court, $50,265.00; DUI Court, $1,135.00; Drug Court, $120.00.
- Consideration of the following part-time salaries in the amount of $49,263.45 for July 2023: Assessor, $88.44; Grants, $328.32; Planning, $847.02; Shooting Sports, $6,938.65; Events Dept, $693.00; Buildings/Maintenance, $17,645.26; Sheriff Operations, $6,672.84; Detention, $14,268.00; District Court, $489.52; Drug/DUI Courts, $1,292.40.
