CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Wyoming State Parks, Historic Sites and Trails and the Wyoming Arts Council will showcase 2023 Artist in Residence Bria Hammock with an exhibition and sale of her state parks works.
In August 2023, Hammock took a road trip around several Wyoming State Parks to find the unexpected, according to a press release. She created a blog, a video and 30 pieces of art showcasing the beauty and outdoor landscapes that make Wyoming’s parks unique.
The show and sale will run from Nov. 11 to Jan. 28 in the lobby of the Wyoming State Museum, 2300 Central Avenue in Cheyenne. All pieces are for sale. The show is free and open to the public Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Hammock will be at the museum on Nov. 11 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to discuss her work.
