CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Interstate 80 motorists near Cheyenne this afternoon may experience some delays, according to the Wyoming Department of Transportation.
A short-duration closure, which will take less than five minutes, is scheduled around 4 p.m. near Harriman at exit 342 while blasting work takes place at the nearby quarry.
The closure is out of concern for public safety in case debris is blasted onto the interstate.
Drivers should expect some traffic congestion once the closure is lifted and traffic begins moving again.
