CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Winter storm warnings are in effect Thursday and Friday for portions of southeast Wyoming and western Nebraska.
According to the National Weather Service in Cheyenne, heavy snow is expected during this time. Residents can expect to see 4–8 inches, but some locations could see up to a foot.
The warning will take effect at 11 a.m. on Thursday to 5 a.m. on Saturday.
Travel could be very difficult and drivers should use caution, the NWS in Cheyenne states. The hazardous conditions cold impact holiday travel.
