CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The Laramie County Sheriff’s Office is hosting a public meeting regarding commercial vehicle enforcement in Laramie County.

That’s according to a social media post from the LCSO, which stated that the meeting will be conducted by the office’s traffic unit.

“Laramie County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Unit, Laramie County Public Works and Wyoming Highway Patrol will be there to discuss and answer questions related to size, weight, road weight limits, permits, inspections, and authority,” the post states.

According to the post, the meeting is designed to help and educate members of the trucking community, as the LCSO commits to “enforcing existing laws that have long been ignored.”

The LCSO is inviting anybody who is interested or may be affected by the enforcement to the public meeting, which will happen on Tuesday, Jan. 21 at 6 p.m. in the large training room of the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office, located at 1910 Pioneer Ave.
