CASPER, Wyo. — Casper’s Hilltop National Bank announced that it is expanding into the Cheyenne market.
In a press release issued on Wednesday morning, the bank will open an office at 325 W. 18th St., Suite 1, focusing on trust and wealth management services as well as commercial lending.
The bank is exploring future options for a full-service branch and other growth prospects in the Cheyenne market, the release said.
“We love Wyoming and appreciate the opportunity to expand our services in our state’s capital,” said Hilltop CEO Greg Dixson in the release. “We believe there’s a demand for a Wyoming-rooted bank in Cheyenne that provides superior service in the Trust and Wealth Management space and accomplished experience in commercial lending.”
Dixson said the family-owned community bank began offering trust and wealth management services in 1984. “We’ve serviced commercial clients since we were chartered in 1964,” he added. “This is the right time for Hilltop to expand into Cheyenne.”
Established in 1964, Hilltop has $1.02 billion in assets, with more than $960 million on deposit at six Wyoming offices, the release said. It operates a full-service trust and wealth management department with total assets under management in excess of $1.4 billion.
