CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Australian singer–songwriter Tones and I will headline Cheyenne’s popular free summer music festival, Edge Fest, with special guests Claire Rosinkranz and Joe P.
This year’s Edge Fest is scheduled for 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 27, in Cheyenne’s Civic Commons Park.
In March, Tones and I’s “Dance Monkey” was ranked No. 3 on Spotify’s all-time list of most-played songs, Billboard reported. At the time, the song had been streamed more than 7 billion times.
Rosinkranz is a California native who has written songs since she was a child, according to Republic Records. Her recent songs include “Backyard Boy,” “Hotel” and “stuck on us.”
Joe P. lives in New Jersey, where he writes, records and produces his music in a basement. “Off My Mind,” “Baby Teeth” and “Middle Class Dream” are among his hits.
Edge Fest is an annual music festival celebrating live music, art and photography, and food and drink while raising awareness of the city’s West Edge District, the organization states on its Facebook page.
