CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The Urban Renewal Authority Board meeting is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 5 at 10 a.m. The meeting is open to the public.

Part of this month’s agenda includes a blight study on Ridge and Holland, conducted on Sept. 19. While the areas are not designated Urban Renewal projects, they are illustrative of blight in the community and can make the area eligible for Urban Renewal projects, the study states.
