City Council OK’s resolution to resolve dual ownership of land near gymnastics facility

CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The Cheyenne City Council approved a resolution allowing a quitclaim deed to resolve dual property ownership on a single lot that’s presently being developed with a gymnastics facility.

The parcel is located between Paul Smith Way and West 18th Street, and the part of the land with dual ownership is near West 18th Street.

City documents show that both the city and Stefanie White’s limited liability corporation, Dozzer LLC, filed a joint application for an expedited plat on Nov. 22, 2022. The council approved that application for the Back 40 Subdivision, Third Filing, on Feb. 27, 2023.

The quitclaim deed gives ownership of the land in question to the City of Cheyenne.
