Cheyenne housing report open to public comment through Nov. 22

CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The City of Cheyenne Housing and Community Development Division is announcing a 15-day public review period for the draft 2023 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report, or CAPER.

This review period provides an opportunity for Cheyenne residents to examine and comment on the city’s progress in achieving the goals and objectives outlined in the Program Year 2022 Annual Action Plan.

The review period is open now through Nov. 22. A public hearing will be held at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 20 in Room 104 of the Cheyenne Municipal Building, 2101 O’Neil Ave.

The draft CAPER is available for review at the following locations:

  • Mayor’s Office, 2101 O’Neil Ave., Room 310
  • City Clerk’s Office, 2101 O’Neil Ave., Room 101
  • Laramie County Library, 2200 Pioneer Ave.
  • H&CD website

Cheyenne residents are encouraged to review the document and provide their input. Written comments can be submitted via email to Amy Gorbey, community development manager, at agorbey@cheyennecity.org.
