CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The Cheyenne City Council has chosen a company to carry out trail maintenance work at Belvoir Ranch.
Councilmembers approved two contracts at their regular Monday night meeting. Among them was a bid consideration for the Belvoir Ranch Trailhead and Access Roads Project. The city received five bids but accepted the one from Full Tilt Services in the amount of $672,507.50.
The city will pay Full Tilt primarily through its Wyoming Outdoor Recreation Grant. It will also pay the company a cash match via its Belvoir Ranch Recreation Fund. Work on the project is scheduled to be completed by June 30.
Aside from project bids, the governing body approved a memorandum of understanding with the county regarding land annexed to the city earlier in the meeting. Per the agreement, the city will allow the county to continue reviewing and inspecting development applications and permits on land now under the city’s purview. The contract will be active until June 30.
Documents for both contracts can be viewed below.
