CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The City of Cheyenne’s Housing and Community Development Division is seeking public feedback to inform its 2025–2027 Comprehensive Consolidated Plan, officials said.

The plan, a component of the Community Development Block Grant program, will guide the city’s allocation of federal funds for housing, economic development and neighborhood improvements.

Residents are encouraged to participate in an online survey to express their needs and priorities regarding housing, economic opportunities and neighborhood concerns. The survey is available at connect.cheyennecity.org/cdbg-2025-2027-plan and will remain open until March 15.

The CDBG program, administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, provides communities with resources to address a wide range of unique community development needs. The Comprehensive Consolidated Plan serves as a strategic document outlining how the city intends to use the funds.
