CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Laramie County’s current attorney has been approved to serve another one-year term in his position.
County commissioners emphatically reappointed Mark Voss as county attorney at a board meeting Tuesday. Several of the county officials took a moment to thank Voss for his contributions to the county and the value he brings to the role.
“Pretty much any board that we appoint has come to know Mark Voss as just a profound wealth of knowledge,” commissioner Troy Thompson said. Commissioner Linda Heath concurred with Thompson.
“It’s a learning experience every time we come in and talk to you,” Heath said. “Appreciate all of the work that you do for the county, as well as our auxiliary boards that we have throughout the county, and the help that you’ve been to them. Not only do you help them, but you help us become better commissioners.”
Cap City News contacted Voss for comment regarding his history working for the county but could not be immediately reached.
