CHEYENNE, Wyo. — As Wyoming’s primary election has passed, candidates are now setting their sights on the Nov. 5 general election. With so many races to keep track of, though, many residents may not know who will move to the general ballot and who won’t.

The following is a compilation of the election results for Cheyenne, Laramie County, the state of Wyoming and the U.S. House and Senate races for Wyoming. The winners for each respective race are bolded. Any candidate below whose name appears after an asterisk is an incumbent. Percentages of votes over 1% are rounded to the nearest decimal.

City of Cheyenne

Mayor

The two mayoral candidates who receive the highest number of votes will move onto the general election.

Board of County Commissioners

Two seats are available on the Board of County Commissioners. For this year’s race, two Republicans and Democrats are nominated to the general election, respectively. However, no Democratic candidates filed for the primary.

Incumbent County Assessor Todd Ernst won uncontested.
