CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Incumbent Rep. Bob Nicholas staved off challenger Kathy Russell in Tuesday’s election, and will advance to November’s general election.
Nicholas received 1,068 votes, roughly 61% of the total votes cast. Russell, meanwhile, received 682 votes.
Nicholas will now face Democrat Jordan Evans in the general election. Evans received 304 votes in an uncontested primary.
All election results are unofficial until ratified by the state.
