CHEYENNE, Wyo. — On Monday, the final candidates running for a Laramie County school board position submitted their applications. Voters will have a chance to elect trustees to the LCSD1, LCSD2 and Laramie County Community College boards.
Anyone running for a county school board position is a nonpartisan candidate and will be present on the general election ballot Nov. 5. Trustees on each board serve a four-year term.
Candidates whose names appear alongsie an asterix are incumbents.
LCSD1
Out of seven candidates, three will fill at-large positions on the Laramie County School District 1 Board of Trustees, according to Laramie County Clerk Debra Lee. All trustees whose terms will soon end are seeking reelection.

LCSD2
Five spots on the Laramie County School District 2 Board of Trustees are open. Areas C, D and F will each have one trustee position on the ballot. Two positions are open for Area E. Three incumbents are seeking reelection to the board, which is comprised of nine trustees total. Dave Keiter of Area D is not running for another term.
