CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Laramie County voters have weighed in on the Conservation District Tax proposal, with 22,614 votes for and 18,998 votes against the tax. The measure would continue funding for conservation efforts in the county. These are unofficial results as of midnight, with a total of 41,612 votes cast.
