CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The House District 42 election ended with Rob Geringer securing the seat over Bob Ray. Geringer won with 3,269 votes compared to Ray’s 853.
The final unofficial vote count, as of midnight, per Laramie County Clerk’s Office data, is as follows:
- Rob Geringer (GOP): 3,269
- Bob Ray (DEM): 853
- Write-In Totals: 86
- Total Votes Cast: 4,208
In the Republican primary, Geringer received 876 votes, while Ray won the Democratic primary with 151 votes.
