CHEYENNE, Wyo. – Check out all the events going on in Cheyenne this weekend.

  • True Troup is proud to present Shakespeare’s classic tragedy, Macbeth, at Holliday Park on July 9 and 10. The show will take place from 7-9 pm behind the Artist Guild building. Please bring your own seating. This event is free, and the play is recommended for those who are 15 years of age and older.
  • Learn the basics of genealogy research at the Laramie County Library on July 9 from 3-4 pm. You will learn how to research your ancestors in church, land, immigration, and military records, as well as newspapers and wills, using both Internet and print resources.
  • Come to Blue Raven Brewery and experience an art show like never before on July 9 from 4-6 pm. Multi-instrumentalist Devon “Tree” Lindsay will be producing music and loops live while creating a painting from scratch.
  • Take part in the Will Run For Cannoli 5K at Lions Park at 8 am. There will be the race, as well as age division prizes, raffles, and cannoli waiting at the finish line. It costs $25 for adults to participate, $15 for children, and $70 for families. All proceeds will benefit the Boys and Girls Club.
  • The Cheyenne Gunslingers will be putting on skits, gunfights, and other activities as the Gunslingers Square in downtown Cheyenne. The event will take place at noon on July 9. This event is free.
