CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The Cheyenne Small Business Market is returning for its spring session ahead of Easter at the Ice & Events Center from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
More than 90 vendors will set up shop at the event, which is organized by the women-owned organization Simplicity 307 Vendor & Event. Locally made merchandise from a variety of businesses will be on sale and will include jewelry, honey, skin-care products, soaps and many other crafted goods.
South High School’s Art Club will be providing face painting to children at Saturday’s event. The Easter bunny will also be on site to take pictures with children for $20. Additionally, members of the local Girl Scouts chapter will be attending to sell cookies.
A portion of the event’s proceeds will be donated to Simply Heroes, a nonprofit organization that provides support to Cheyenne public service workers, and Yola’s Pet Rescue. The pet rescue will be at the event from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with several adoptable pets.
