Activities to enjoy for Superday on Saturday, June 22

CHEYENNE, Wyo. — On Saturday, Superday is taking over Cheyenne as many activities will be available for community members to join in on. Here are several events this Saturday to check out.

Superday 2024

From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Lions Park, residents can enjoy fun activities for the entire family at HF Sinclair’s Superday. The event will be filled with community vendors, cornhole, racing, a water gun fight, paddle boats and more.

Superday is the celebration that kicks off July as National Parks and Recreation Month. The event is hosted by the City of Cheyenne Community Recreation & Events Department.

5K Fun Run

The 5K Fun Run race takes place prior to all other Superday activities at 9 a.m. The event will start at Lions Park Amphitheater. A T-shirt will be provided to all participants. For registration and additional information, click here.

Tour De Prairie

For those who want a challenging adventure through the plains of Wyoming, Superday will be hosting a Tour De Prairie, a 100-mile bike ride from Cheyenne to Chugwater. The event will start at 6:30 a.m. and begin at the North Lions Park Shelter by the Aquatics Center.

Tour De Prairie will have several stops along the way and will provide breakfast and lunch for registered riders. Support and gear vehicles will be made available should bike repairs be needed. Participants must wear helmets.
