Toys for Tots 4th Annual Craft Fair
Where: 3839 E. Lincolnway
When: 9 a.m.
Come out to the Lincolnway Building on Lincolnway & Ridge and drop off a gift for Toys for Tots. You can also stop by Rocket Snacks to see what they have for Christmas gifts!
Holiday Photos
Where: Laramie County Library, 2200 Pioneer Ave.
When: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Come get holiday photos from a professional photographer! Each group will receive two digital images that will be emailed by early December. Free of charge.

ZIA Christmas Ornament
Where: Cheyenne Botanic Gardens, 710 S. Lions Park Drive
When: 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Our six-sided ornament is the perfect canvas for adding beautiful tangles. Join me as we get our holiday spirit on! Basic materials will be provided along with instructions for the tangles you’ll use to decorate your ornament. Feel free to bring your favorite drawing and coloring tools to add to your creations.

Family Craft Placemats
Where: Flydragon Design Art Studio, 600 W. 17th St.
When: Noon
What a perfect addition to your Thanksgiving table! These placemats will bring the family memories back for years to come!
Each participant will paint a woven place mat. Cost to enter is $15 for one participant.

Poetry Open Mic

When: 1–3 p.m.
Join us for a poetry open mic. Each poet gets five minutes to read, but occasionally go two rounds, so bring extra poems. Arrive five minutes early to sign up.
Tree Equity: What’s It All About

How does planting a tree in Cheyenne help the economy? What, if any, are the benefits to our community when a tree canopy is well managed? Please join us for an informative program by Rooted in Cheyenne that will answer these questions and more about our tree canopy and how you can get involved. Located in the Cottonwood Room.
Tween & Teen Cooking: Thanksgiving!

‘The Velveteen Rabbit’
Where: Mary Godfrey Playhouse, 2706 E. Pershing Blvd.
When: 7:30 p.m.
“The Velveteen Rabbit” provides young audiences with comedy, pathos, adventure and a final triumph for the hero, who learns that love makes all things real.
Written as a “memory play,” “The Velveteen Rabbit” is an emotional journey through time, as told through the eyes of a young man looking back on his childhood. By reliving the relationship between his 4-year-old self and his favorite toy, the velveteen rabbit, he rediscovers the true meaning of friendship.
The production is adapted by James Still from the classic story by Margery Williams. Director is Diane Edgar.
