This is the 14th season for Women’s Tennis head coach Dean Clower, who brings with him just two Cowgirl returnees — senior Serina Abriola and junior Violetta Borodina. Last year, these Cowgirls were a part of the 16–11 team that qualified for the Universal Tennis NIT twice in a row.
The Cowgirls under Clower have won over 60% of their matches all around and over 70% in conference play, according to UW Athletics. Can the Cowgirls continue that legacy of success in 2025? It all starts this weekend in Oklahoma.
