CHEYENNE, Wyo. – Forecasts for the region are indicating a breezy weekend with mild daytime temperatures and cold overnight lows.
The National Weather Service in Cheyenne forecast for Friday, December 6 is anticipated to be sunny with a high right around 40. The evening is predicted to be clear with a low near 25.
On Saturday, the weather is predicted to be sunny and breezy with a high of around 51 and west winds of 10 to 15 mph that will increase to 20-25 mph in the afternoon. The report says that gusts could be as high as 35 mph.
Saturday evening’s forecast is said to have a low of 32 with the west winds of 20-25 mph are anticipated to decrease to 15-20 after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph.
The NWS continues that Sunday will have a slight chance of rain after noon and have a daytime high near 48 with west winds of 10-15 mph.
On Sunday evening, the weather report calls for mostly cloudy skies with a low dipping down to right around 21.
