Wind and snow expected this weekend in Cheyenne

CHEYENNE, Wyo. –  Blustery conditions and snow expected to return to Cheyenne on Friday evening and persist throughout the weekend. 

For today, Thursday, December 26th, The National Weather Service in Cheyenne is predicting partly cloudy skies with a high near 35. 

This evening the report indicates a possible low near 20.

For Friday, December 27th, the weather report is anticipating a daytime high around 34. 

On Friday evening the NWS is expecting a low of around 16 with a 40 % chance of snow showers and a north northwest wind of 10-15 mph through the night. 

For Saturday, December 28th, the weather service is predicting blustery weather conditions with snow showers likely before 11 a.m. and patchy blowing snow.  The wind is anticipated to be from the north northwest at 15-20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. The daytime high is expected to be near 25. 

For Saturday night the report indicates mostly cloudy skies with a chance of snow before 11 and an evening low of around  12.
