Windy weather is expected in Cheyenne for rest of the week

CHEYENNE, Wyo. – The wind is expected to make a return to Cheyenne on Wednesday and then linger throughout the rest of the week.

The National Weather Service in Cheyenne forecast of Tuesday, January 21st calls for mostly cloudy skies, with a high near 50. They expect the winds to be from the west at 10 to 15 mph.

For tonight, the report indicates an expected low around 30 with blustery conditions. Winds are predicted to be from the west northwest at 10 to 20 mph.

For Wednesday, January 22nd, the NWS is anticipating a high sound 45 with breezy west northwest winds around of around 20 mph. Gusts could be as high as 30 mph.

On Wednesday evening the weather service is predicting mostly cloudy skies with a low around 21. The winds are expected to be from the west northwest wind at 15 to 25 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.

For Thursday, January 23rd, the report calls for sunny conditions, with a high near 39. It anticipates a west northwest wind 15 to 20 mph, with gusts reaching as high as 30 mph.
