However, black ice advisories on I-25 between Chugwater and Midwest, and on I-80 in Cheyenne and on I-90 between Gillette and Sundance remain.
As of 6 a.m., some regional closures also remain, such as US 287 and WY 789 between Rawlins and Muddy Gap, and US 191 between Rock Springs and the Utah border.
WYDOT is warning of extreme winds in southeast Wyoming and says to expect delays. Interstates 25 and 80 will likely be closed sometime today to high profile and light vehicles, said WYDOT on social media.
Wind gusts up to 70 mph are expected in southeast Wyoming through Sunday, before a winter storm brings snow and extreme cold temperatures by Sunday night.
