CASPER, Wyo. — The Wyoming Department of Transportation have issued an “extreme blow over risk” advisory on WY 28 between Farson and US 287.
That portion of the road is closed as of 12:54 pm Thursday, May 21 to “light, high profile vehicles due to gusting winds.” Other traffic may continue to use the highway while practicing caution.
There are also “extreme blow over risk” advisories in effect on WY 296 as well as US 212 near Cody.
