Cheyenne could see first snow of the season on Monday

CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Cheyenne residents could see the first snowfall of the season on Monday, Oct. 24, according to the National Weather Service in Cheyenne.

The possibility of snow will begin on the night of Sunday, Oct. 23, with a 60% chance of precipitation. After the rain, the NWS predicts snow for the later parts of the evening.

This chance of snow will drop to 20% by the morning of Monday, Oct. 24, with the remainder of the day set to be mostly sunny.

Be aware of possibly hazardous driving conditions and road closures during that time.
