CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Cheyenne residents could be facing snow later this week, according to the National Weather Service in Cheyenne.
Today, Nov. 16, will have a 20% chance of snow before 9 a.m., with the remainder of the day being mostly sunny with a high of 35. Winds will be in the northwest at 20–25 mph with gusts as high as 35 mph. There will be a 60% chance of snow after 2 a.m., with possible snow accumulations of less than half an inch. It will be mostly cloudy with a low of 13 and northwest winds at 10–15 mph.

On Thursday, Nov. 17, there will be patchy blowing snow between 10 a.m. and noon, with patchy fog before 9 a.m. There will be an 80% chance of precipitation with possible snow accumulations of 1–2 inches. Temperatures will be around 18 degrees by 11 a.m. before falling to 10 for the rest of the day. Winds will be in the north at 15–20 mph, with possible gusts of up to 30 mph. Windchill values will be between -5 and zero. Thursday evening will have a 50% chance of snow, with a low of -3. Winds will be in the north at 10–15 mph with windchill values between -10 and -15.
A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect from 11pm tonight through 5AM Friday. Additional snow accumulations of 3 to 8 inches are possible, with strong winds up to 40 mph through that time. Strong winds will possibly cause reductions in visibility due to blowing snow. #WYWx pic.twitter.com/fEzmcAWP5L
