(Dan Cepeda, Oil City News)

CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Although Cheyenne is not expected to see as much snow as many of the communities west of it, the National Weather Service still predicts snow in the city over the coming days.

Today, snow is expected to primarily begin falling after 2 p.m. and continue sporadically throughout the day. The NWS in Cheyenne forecasts that slightly more than an inch will fall in total on Saturday.

Temperatures aren’t expected to get past 23 degrees, with the low dipping below zero at night. Meanwhile, moderate winds of roughly 15 mph are expected to make things feel even colder.
