CHEYENNE, Wyo. — With the cold front responsible for Thursday’s cooler temperatures and rain continuing to move south, drier air has settled into the region. Now Cheyenne will see a late-summer warmup.
Today’s skies will be mostly sunny with a high near 66. A cool breeze will come from the northwest and turn east in the afternoon. Tonight will see mostly clear skies and a low around 39 degrees, according to the National Weather Service in Cheyenne.
The rest of the weekend and the start of the work week will be sunny, dry and warm. Saturday’s forecast high is 75 while Sunday could see 80. Monday and Tuesday have highs forecast at about 79 degrees. Overnight, skies will be mostly clear with a Saturday low of 44. Sunday and Monday will see lows near 49, according to the forecast.
