Sunny start to week in store for Cheyenne

CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Cheyenne-area residents will have some good weather to greet them at the start of the coming week, according to forecasts from the National Weather Service in Cheyenne.

Today, people can expect to see bright, sunny skies, with a high near 72 degrees. Throughout the day, winds from the northwest are expected to roll in at 10–15 mph. At night, conditions will remain mostly clear as temperatures drop to a low of around 42 degrees.

Monday will again be sunny as temperatures peak in the high 70s with a high of roughly 77 degrees, the NWS in Cheyenne reports. Tuesday will be even warmer, as temperatures are expected to climb back above 80 degrees for the first time in several days.

Each of the next two days will also feature light winds of 5–10 mph throughout the day.
