Cheyenne to see slim chance of Saturday showers, followed by sunny Sunday

CHEYENNE, Wyo. — While Cheyenne-area residents could see some rainfall on Saturday, the National Weather Service in Cheyenne is predicting clear skies to close out the weekend on Sunday.

Today will see a 20% chance of showers after noon in the region. The day will likely reach a high temperature of roughly 73 degrees, and winds will move in from the west at speeds of up to 20 mph, with gusts of about 30 mph possible.

At night, temperatures will fall to a low of around 40. Meanwhile, wind speeds are expected to slightly decline after dark.

Sunday will feature clear, sunny skies with a high near 75. Light to moderate winds will move through at 5–15 mph throughout the day.

Sunday night will be mostly clear, with a low around 40. Winds will remain mostly constant through the night.
