Sunny start to week in store for Cheyenne

CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Cheyenne-area residents can expect the mild and sunny weather of recent days to continue into the coming week, according to forecasts from the National Weather Service in Cheyenne.

Today should see some patchy fog move through the area before 10 a.m., the NWS in Cheyenne states. As the morning progresses, though, skies are expected to clear and become sunny. Meanwhile, the NWS in Cheyenne is predicting a high temperature of about 57 degrees.

At night, clouds are expected to move in as temperatures fall to a low of 36 degrees.

Monday will again be sunny. The NWS in Cheyenne also reports a high of 68 degrees to kick off the new week. The day will be fairly windy, though, with wind speeds of up to 25 mph and gusts of up to 35 mph possible.

Tuesday will be cooler, but will still have a fairly mild high near 59 degrees.
