CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Laramie County residents can expect to see some inclement weather on Saturday. However, the National Weather Service in Cheyenne notes that the rainy conditions aren’t likely to last long, as the next day’s forecast is for clear skies.

Today, area residents will see a 50% chance of showers between 10 a.m. and noon, followed by scattered thunderstorms and showers throughout much of the rest of the afternoon. Skies are likely to remain cloudy throughout the afternoon, with a high temperature of 68 degrees possible.

On Sunday, signs of the prior day’s rainfall will be mostly absent, as the NWS in Cheyenne calls for sunny skies and a high near 67 degrees. It will likely be a windy day, though, with west winds at 25–30 mph and possible gusts as strong as 40 mph.
